Our expansion now continues in Slovakia, and we’re looking for an Assistant Store Managers to join our adventure! Is that you?

The Job

You will work closely with the Store Manager to lead the rest of the store team, driving growth and sales. You will play a key role in ensuring that our customers have a unique shopping experience every time they visit your store.

We won’t burden you with long manuals or rigid central control. Instead, we expect you to take responsibility - together with the Store Manager - for sales, store standards, and leadership.

We are busy, so you must be ready to take ownership and go the extra mile. You should be able to work strategically with our exciting range of products, ensuring that the store is always well-stocked and neatly presented.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy a dynamic workday filled with challenges and great energy.

You should expect to go abroad for your training and onboarding. It is therefore important that you are comfortable communicating in English

Your Qualifications

• Experience in retail.

• Passion for store operations and merchandising to ensure high store standards.

• Ability to create great customer experiences that encourage repeat visits.

• Independent, hardworking, and detail-oriented.

• A visible leader who leads by example—with a positive attitude—and can turn ideas into action.

Salary:

The fixed monthly salary is minimum 1700 Euro for the assistant store manager role. Depending on individual qualifications and experience a personal mark-up can be negotiated.
